In order to do the key work in the next stage, Chengdu Tianfu New District needs to grasp six aspects:

First, improve the overall plan as soon as possible

First, we need to build platforms for international cooperation。Without an international cooperation platform, it is difficult for Chengdu to become a central city in the west。On the basis of existing international cooperation parks such as Xinchuan Innovation and Technology Park and Sino-French Chengdu Ecological Park, the new area should further expand channels and build more platforms。To overcome our geographical and transportation disadvantages, we should actively attract and utilize talents and research and development teams, engage in software and service outsourcing, and strengthen cooperation with Bangalore, India, and so on。
